The Program Manager, Risk Ops Enablement will lead complex global programs, enhance user experiences through feedback, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiencies.


Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple complex global programs, from initial scoping to design and execution
  • Create structured approaches to user feedback and insights to improve our programs and user experience
  • Drive top-line prioritization of work, and manage tradeoffs on resourcing and roadmapping
  • Design and launch projects that lead to step-change improvements in our operational processes and business outcomes
  • Partner closely with our cross-functional stakeholders to scope and execute large projects to create operational efficiencies that improve top-line metrics
  • Go beyond domain expertise and serve as a trusted strategic partner with senior stakeholders to shape the future
  • As a senior IC, serve as a role model and mentor to others, embodying our Operating Principles and fostering our values and culture

Skills

  • 8+ years of experience in program management, strategy & operations, or go-to-market strategy
  • Strong thought leadership, ability to articulate strategy and project plans, and develop a clear point of view
  • Bias towards action and high comfort with ambiguity and influencing without authority
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to discuss complex topics in an easy-to-consume way and adept at both working-level and exec-level comms
  • Ability to present with confidence and present with credibility to senior stakeholders
  • Experience partnering directly with product and engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle and/or go-to-market
  • Strong data analysis skills - can confidently analyze spreadsheets, navigate large datasets, and use data to tell stories
  • High willingness to learn and receive feedback
  • 2+ years in consulting or finance
  • Prior tech experience preferred
