OnGuard Pest Control is hiring Walking Pest Control Technicians and Driving Pest Control Technicians to serve our residential and commercial customers throughout all five boroughs — Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, the Bronx, and Staten Island.

Whether you prefer walking routes in dense city areas or driving routes that cover broader territories, you’ll protect homes and businesses while delivering the five-star service OnGuard is known for.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform pest control services at homes, apartments, and small businesses
  • Work assigned walking or driving routes depending on your location and role
  • Diagnose pest issues and recommend effective solutions
  • Communicate clearly with customers and document treatments using a mobile device
  • Follow state pesticide regulations and company safety standards
  • Work independently while representing OnGuard with professionalism and care

What We’re Looking For

  • Dependable, detail-oriented, and steady under pressure
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Strong customer-service and communication skills
  • Experience in pest control helpful, but not required — we’ll train you
  • Valid driver’s license required for driving routes
  • 7A certification preferred

Typical Schedule

  • Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM
  • Overtime available during peak season (May–October)
