Through your leadership, you're a critical driver to grow customer penetration at an accelerated rate across the market. <br>This person will serve as a change agent for Small Market Rural Areas (SMRA), supporting multiple channels to increase market share and a strong T-Mobile brand presence. This person must have a proven ability to adapt well to change and fast paced environments, including experience in sales, leading and inspiring multi-unit teams, market/store visits, prospecting, and conducting audits to ensure operational excellence. A successful candidate will be strong in relationship building and influence, interact directly with Dealers, Account Managers, and other cross-functional Leaders. Frequent travel required.<h3></h3><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><b>Job Responsibilities</b>:<ul><li> Support the team in their development, training, mentoring, and tactical execution, driving leadership behaviors that will lead to earning a place in our customer’s hearts and store employee success </li> <li> Set SMRA teams up for success through personalized performance plans and conversations.
