In addition, this role will recruit, hire, train, measure and manage their team to deliver all S&P requirements.</p><p></p><p><i><u>Key tasks include:</u></i></p><ul><li>Manage team members to deliver an end-to-end solution through the sales and transitions process</li><li>Measure and monitor team performance</li><li>Prioritize tasks to deliver based on new business pipeline</li><li>Coach, mentor, and train team members</li><li>Continuous improvement mindset to stay cutting-edge and forward thinking</li><li>Ownership of relationships with sales leaders</li><li>Risk management and mitigation during the Pursuits and Transition phases</li><li>Engage and leverage Sourcing & Procurement Platform and Key Stakeholders for support in developing a Sourcing Program</li><li>Establish relationship with Corporate Legal & Risk to ensure all contractual terms are compliant</li><li>Ability to innovate new programs or processes that will benefit our Client and JLL in winning and solutioning new business for JLL</li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Sound like you?
