Here’s what we are looking for in this job

 

We are looking for someone interested in becoming a genuine paid media expert. This is an opportunity to get hands-on experience in Paid Search and Paid Social marketing.

 

You will learn and assist with the day to day management of Google AdWords, Bing Search Ads, Yahoo Gemini as well as an introduction to Facebook and LinkedIn Ads.

Requirements:

 

• AdWords Certification or in the process of getting certified

 

• Proficient in MS Excel

 

• Proven high attention to detail

 

• Strong critical thinking, quantitative analysis and communication skills

 

• Detail oriented with the ability to handle a multi-faceted task list

 

• High energy and a positive attitude with a team-work mentality

 

• Perform other duties and projects as assigned

 

• Maintain a positive work atmosphere that strengthens the team

 

• Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions

The Work You’ll Be doing

 

You will participate in daily tasks including, but not limited to:

• Campaign Management and Optimization

• Keyword Management

• Ad Copy – Learn best practices and help build out ad copy

• Ad Extensions – learn to build and optimize for extensions

What the first 3 months will look like

 

Every employee is given a custom 90 day onboarding plan complete with weekly training and milestones for you to work towards, so nothing will be unclear. You’ll be given a 30, 60 and 90 day check in where you’ll both give and receive feedback.

 

Throughout the 90 days you’ll

• Meet the Four15 Digital team

• Learn all there is to know about Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LInkedIn Ads

• Have 1 on 1 training sessions

• Group training sessions

• Work on real accounts with supervision

• Participate in Four15 Digital culture activities

• Lead a company wide training
