Job Overview

As an Expert in Inbound Virtual Business Sales, you'll handle live inbound business sales calls for both new and existing customers. You'll conduct discovery conversations to determine the best T-Mobile products and services for each customer, leveraging your thorough understanding of all T-Mobile for Business offerings. Based on your conversations, you'll recommend wireless solutions, including price plans, data, and enhanced services. You'll collaborate closely with direct field sales teams for deal partnerships, as well as Implementation and Solution Engineering support teams.
You'll be responsible for researching and fraud-checking all businesses before sales engagement, managing the business verification process, and working closely with Business Verification, Credit Underwriting, Authentic ID, Customer Protection Review, and Fraud teams. Additionally, you'll handle business customers' necessary tax and financial documents and assist with all post-sale customer support needs for the term of account ownership.Job Responsibilities:

  • Inbound Calls: Receive a high volume of daily inbound calls to the 800 T-Mobile line. Handle daily customer communication and follow-ups using various tools for outbound/inbound phone calls, emails, online meetings/appointments, and funnel management.
  • Customer Research: Perform research to understand customers' unique needs and select appropriate product/service information messaging. Use product knowledge to showcase products and solutions, building quotes for business customers. Utilize quote builder and Salesforce to build sales quotes based on meetings/sales conversations with customers.
  • Verification: Partner daily with Business Verification, Credit Underwriting, and Fraud teams to verify and validate all new logo business customers.
  • Lead Management: Carefully follow the lead management processes in Salesforce to qualify customers. This includes researching the business through various resources to prevent fraud and protect the company.10%
  • Field Sales Partnerships: Facilitate direct field sales partnerships with Account Executives for all deal sizes based on customer needs, in the SMB and ENT space.
  • Customer Support: Provide follow-up care for customers with billing, device, or service issues. Work with Business Technical Support, Business Sales Support, and Care to support business customers and handle escalations for Telesales experts.

Education and Work Experience:
  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • Associate's Degree Business, Marketing, Communication or related subject (Preferred)
  • Less than 2 years - Inbound/Outbound commissioned environment
  • Less than 2 years - Business customer service, sales, or retention

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Organization and Task Management Demonstrate efficient organization skills, the ability to prioritize and respond to incoming activity/tasks with a sense of urgency and accuracy, and work well in a dynamic, fast-changing environment that requires a high degree of multi-tasking. (Required)
