Chewy Remote Customer Service Representative id-4435
Job Description: TTEC is seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Remote Customer Service Representatives for Chewy, a leader in pet supplies and products. As a representative, you will deliver outstanding service to our customers, assisting them with their inquiries and concerns. You’ll be part of a dynamic team that values innovation, empathy, and a customer-first approach. Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer calls, emails, and chat inquiries promptly, efficiently, and with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of Chewy products, services, policies, and promotions to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
- Assist customers with order tracking, product recommendations, returns, and exchanges.
- Ensure that all interactions are recorded accurately in our system and follow-up actions are completed in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve complex customer issues.
- Continuously meet or exceed performance metrics and customer satisfaction goals.
