Your role will involve assisting pet parents with their needs, answering inquiries, and resolving any issues, all while providing outstanding support in a friendly and professional manner. Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly, professional, and timely support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with a variety of inquiries, including order status, account management, product recommendations, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
- Record customer interactions accurately in our system for follow-up or further action.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer concerns are resolved promptly.
- Stay up to date with company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus).
