Requirements
1. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
2. Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience or relevant field.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
4. Proficiency in using computers and various software applications.
5. Ability to handle customer inquiries with empathy and efficiency.
6. Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on finding quick resolutions.
7. Flexibility to work varying hours, including holidays and weekends if needed.
Responsibilities
1. Provide exceptional customer service to cardholders via phone, email, and chat.
2. Assist customers with account inquiries, transaction details, and product information.
3. Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
4. Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
5. Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery continuously.
6. Stay updated on product offerings, policies, and procedures.
7. Participate in ongoing training sessions and team meetings as required.
