Directors play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality financial and operational insights, guiding clients through complex challenges, and driving the firm’s growth. This position requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.</p><p><b>Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><i>Client Engagement</i></li><ul><li>Lead and oversee multiple client engagements, ensuring the delivery of actionable solutions across financial, operational, and transactional challenges.</li><li>Provide strategic guidance to clients, including private equity firms and C-level executives, on financial transformations, growth strategies, and operational improvements.</li><li>Develop and implement financial processes, reporting structures, and business strategies for clients experiencing growth or transition.</li><li>Deliver high-impact client deliverables, such as Quality of Earnings reports, financial models, and board-level presentations.</li><li>Act as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering trust and long-term relationships.</li></ul><li><i>Leadership and Team Development</i></li><ul><li>Manage and mentor junior and mid-level team members, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture.</li><li>Ensure the quality and timeliness of work produced by the team, maintaining Palm Tree’s high standards of excellence.</li><li>Support internal training initiatives and share best practices across the firm.</li></ul><li><i>Strategic Contributions</i></li><ul><li>Contribute to business development efforts, including client relationship management and proposal development.</li><li>Identify opportunities for growth within existing client accounts and new markets.</li><li>Participate in firm-building initiatives, such as talent acquisition, process improvement, and thought leadership.</li></ul></ul><p><b>Qualifications</b></p><ul><li><i>Education/Credentials:</i> Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or related fields is required.
