Conducting research and staying informed about current issues and trends related to bias, discrimination, and social justice. Assisting in the planning and implementation of events and programs focused on promoting equity and inclusion. Providing support and resources to individuals who have experienced bias or discrimination, including connecting them to appropriate services and resources. Collaborating with community organizations and partners to develop and implement initiatives aimed at addressing bias and promoting diversity and inclusion. Maintaining accurate records and data related to bias incidents and responses. Assisting in the development and distribution of educational materials and resources on topics related to bias and discrimination. Participating in trainings and workshops to further develop skills and knowledge related to promoting equity and inclusion. Assisting in the creation and dissemination of communications, including social media posts and newsletters, to raise awareness of the program's mission and activities. Contributing to the evaluation and improvement of the program's effectiveness and impact.
