As a Senior Analyst for the Business Compliance Office (BCO) located within the CVS Health Corporate Compliance Division, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to monitor and implement compliance initiatives throughout the CVS Health enterprise. Additionally, your responsibilities will include owning relationships with business owners and key stakeholders to ensure processes are enhanced or implemented to effectively address compliance requirements.

As a key part of the Business Compliance Office you will track, analyze, and interpret compliance performance to support best in class results. This position will work independently as well as in collaboration with colleagues from across the organization. You will work with and influence decision makers within Compliance, Legal, and Operations across all business segments. A key role of this position is working with business partners to develop and implement compliance strategies.

The Senior Analyst for the Business Compliance Office will:

- Review new mandates (laws and regulations) pertaining to CVS Health pharmacy and apply to long-term care pharmacy business practices.

- Coordinate with Legal and Regulatory partners to identify applicability to the business segments.
- Lead the compliance effort with CVS Health business segments to implement processes or programs to comply with any new law or regulation pertaining to areas which include claim adjudication and government billing.
- Be the compliance lead in implementing solutions with applicable business partners regarding any findings identified during Compliance Risk Assessments.
- Implement mitigation plans and monitor business segment compliance with pharmacy Settlement Agreements.
- Establish working relationships with process owners to drive and implement business practice enhancements to increase the compliance program effectiveness.
- Actively participate in applicable business working groups/committees for areas of responsibility.
- Drive compliance of initiatives to completion and validate their effectiveness.
- Act as a BCO lead in Risk Assessments on Subject Matter areas to identify regulatory risks, business controls, and establish Compliance oversight.
- Partner with the Compliance Regulatory Review team to address and implement solutions with the business for Global and High-Risk observations identified.

- Capability to travel periodically to specific locations throughout the company to validate the effectiveness of programs and processes.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 43,700
Maximum: 97,400

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of pharmacy experience, preferably with the long-term care industry

Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of Project Management experience or similar work experience.
- Previous experience with legislation and/or regulatory research.
- Knowledge in state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations.
- Ability to work collaboratively across an organization.
- Ability to multi-task as well as maintain the highest levels of integrity and confidentiality.
- Strong program management, interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to interact and influence at various levels of the organization (Business Leadership, Field Management, Business Units within Corporate environment).
- Ability to understand complex problems, identify root causes, and remain goal-oriented within a dynamic environment.
- Ability to work independently and to recognize and resolve issues.

Education
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
