Job description: Phenomenex has immediate openings for Production and Lab Technicians (1st & 2nd shift)

1st Shift: 5:00am-1:30pm

2nd Shift: 1:30pm -10:00pm

Interview Day: Tuesday, October 4th from 10:00am-2:00pm PST

What we’ll get you doing:

Prepare sorbent and packing station tools according to written instructions.

Pack different sorbents in SPE tubes and well plate.

Data entry in AX computer system.

Material verification and inspection.

Schedule time efficiently to complete work orders in order of priority.

Transfer completed tubes/well plates, with documentation, to QA department for inspection.

Follow written instructions (SOP) for all critical processes and all Safety procedures, including wearing appropriate protective equipment.

The essential requirements of the role include:

Typically less than 2 years of experience.

High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.

Requires analytical thinking and problem solving and ensuring all work is accurate and free of errors / defects.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

Strong organizational skill, attention to detail, plan and assign resources in a detailed fashion.

Associates Degree or Other Certification preferred.
