We've got an unbridled appetite for making a difference.<br><br>Chobani's Customer Business Specialists drive sales activities for Chobani customers in their assigned geographical areas. This role leads the analysis of customer sales and implementation of effective marketing and promotional programs that drive strong customer partnerships to support the excellent sales execution of the Chobani brand.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities</strong><br><br><ul><li>Support of the Price Chopper, TOPS and Market Basket business</li><li>Ensure delivery of business objectives through distribution, volume, share, promotion execution, new items and spending objectives while building and maintaining customer relationships and developing calendar and cadence of customer touchpoints</li><li>Identify and define specific strategic business objectives to increase sales, share growth and enhanced profitability for the Chobani portfolio</li><li>Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives</li><li>Discuss pricing, new items, and promotions with customer headquarters/buyers</li><li>Deliver profitable territory sales growth and monitor customer performance to develop action plans to address challenges and improve opportunities</li><li>Facilitate communications and meetings with customers and cross-functional partners to ensure high quality customer service</li><li>Use customer sales data and category management studies to provide fact-based analysis and deliver business building initiatives</li><li>Assist with customer P&L and perform account administration, including customer contract finalization and building customized presentations</li><li>Complete other tasks as needed</li></ul><br><br><strong>Requirements</strong><br><br><ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree required</li> <li>1+ years sales experience in the CPG industry</li> <li>Strong and proven collaborative qualities with cross-functional exposure / experience</li> <li>Must be comfortable working with syndicated data</li> <li>Track record of building and maintaining excellent relationships with a customer-focus</li> <li>Highly organized with the ability to balance multiple projects at once</li> <li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite</li> <li>Knowledgeable of market and industry trends, competitors, and leading customer strategies</li> <li>Willingness to travel</li></ul><br><br><strong>About Us </strong><br><br>Chobani is a food maker with a mission of making high-quality and nutritious food accessible to more people, while elevating our communities and making the world a healthier place.
