A Billing Service Analyst is responsible for the Billing and Collections of Middle Large Commercial Premium and Losses in a fast paced, continuously growing environment. Coordinators work cooperatively with customers and associates to ensure optimal customer and Hartford relationships. Use interpersonal, teamwork, customer service and sales skills to accomplish superior customer service results for assigned accounts. Support customer requirements to complete these activities: Provide account specific direction to all internal units involved with client. Receivable management, including all billing and collection processes for Middle and Large Account customers. Maintain all data needs for system calculations and billing set up for assigned accounts. The coordinator is responsible for workflow and processing of daily functions. This involves prioritizing, ensuring timeliness, maintaining a level of quality, providing recommendations, dispute resolution, and reporting variances.This position can be filled as a Billing Service Analyst or a Senior Billing Service Analyst.WORK ARRANGEMENTS:This role can have a Hybrid or Remote work arrangement. Candidates who live near one of our offices (Hartford, CT, San Antonio, TX, Scottsdale, AZ) will have the expectation of working in an office 3 days a week (Tuesday through Thursday).
