Travel Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient Ortho

Location: Bremerton, WA

Position Overview:
HumanEdge Health is seeking a skilled Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week outpatient assignment in Bremerton, WA. This role focuses on treating a general outpatient orthopedic patient population in a collaborative clinical environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs

  • Provide care to a general outpatient orthopedic caseload

  • Manage a schedule of 12–14 patients per day, with follow-up visit double-booking expected

  • Meet productivity expectations of 60 visits per week

  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes

  • Accurately document all care in accordance with clinic and regulatory standards

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1–2 years of physical therapy experience; outpatient experience preferred

  • New Grads will not be accepted

  • First-time travelers accepted

  • Active Washington PT license (or eligibility)

  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and clinical skills

Assignment Details:

  • Shift Type: 8-hour Days

  • Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week, with expectation of up to 40 hours

  • Float Requirements: None

  • Duration: 13 weeks
