You will take ownership of specific components within the internal mobility ecosystem, focusing on streamlining and modernizing the Internal Transfer experience. Your work will involve designing self-service capabilities that reduce friction in the internal transfer process, allowing employees to efficiently discover opportunities aligned with their career aspirations while enabling managers to identify internal talent that matches their team needs.<br><br>Working closely with AI/ML specialists, you'll help develop intelligent solutions that proactively connect employees with relevant roles based on their skills and experience. You'll partner extensively across engineering, design, recruiting operations, and HR to ensure your solutions integrate seamlessly with Amazon's broader talent acquisition infrastructure, including Hire, Talent Exchange, and Amazon Journey Builder. Through careful measurement and analysis, you'll continuously refine your product components to improve key metrics like time-to-fill and internal mobility rates. You'll also play a crucial role in change management, driving adoption of new tools while ensuring compliance with Amazon's hiring policies. Salary is based on a number of factors and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
