<strong>Description<br><br></strong>As a Sr. Program Manager for team Canada, you will have an opportunity to work with one of Amazon’s fastest growing marketplaces, to help improve the customer experience within your program that allows Canadians to make more confident purchases. Program Leader will lead activities related to the Vendor Success Program (VSP) business that helps small vendors accelerate their growth on Amazon. Working with the senior leadership, you will be responsible for (a) the strategic growth byr analyzing topline, bottomline, customer experience metrics, and devising strategies to help VSP vendors grow their business, and (b) the thought leader on what new tools and ways of working is needed to deliver this vision.<br><br>As a Sr. Program Manager, you will use a combination of thought leadership, analytical skills, cross-functional partnership, business model analysis, and strategic thinking to innovate on behalf of our VSP vendors. You also have a proven track record of owning and delivering world-class experiences that raise-the-bar from an innovation, usability, and design perspective. Salary is based on a number of factors and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
