St. Michael Medical Center a proud member of Virginia Mason Franciscan Health, is actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Orthopedic Spine Surgeon to join our growing team in Silverdale, WA. This is an exceptional opportunity to practice alongside an established Orthopedic Surgeon, contributing to a collegial and multidisciplinary care environment committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered medicine.

About the Opportunity:

You will be joining a thriving practice at St. Michael Medical Center, collaborating with another experienced Orthopedic spine Surgeon. Inpatient care and surgery will be performed in our state-of-the-art facilities at St. Michael Medical Center. We are looking for an exceptional surgeon with excellent communication skills, a strong commitment to patient-centered care, and a collaborative spirit to further enhance our orthopedic services

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive orthopedic spine care to patients, including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment.
  • Perform a mix of clinic and operating room duties.
  • Participate in shared spine call responsibilities, approximately 1 week per month.
  • Collaborate effectively with your surgical partner, advanced practice providers, and support staff.
  • Contribute to a multidisciplinary approach to patient care, working alongside other specialists.

Work-Life Balance & Compensation:
  • Guaranteed Starting Salary with a wRVU compensation model following the guarantee period.

  • Relocation Assistance and a Starting Bonus are available.
Compensation Range: $277.92 - $446.13 per hour. Starting Salary Guarantee followed by wRVU model.

  • Medical Degree (MD or DO)
  • Board Certification/Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
  • Completion of a Spine Fellowship training program
  • Washington State Medical License in good standing prior to start date
  • DEA registration in good standing prior to start date
