Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience coding with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C , Python).
  • 6 years of experience working with web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or HTTP).
  • Experience in technical troubleshooting, and managing internal/external partners or customers.

gTech's new Sustainability team is looking for a Senior Customer and Partner Solutions Engineer who will partner with Google's product areas, other Alphabet bets, large strategic clients, think tanks, and not-for-profits to develop innovative solutions towards a more environmentally sustainable future, leveraging Google technology.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Product Managers and Software Engineers across Google to improve or develop sustainability solutions for users, partners, and clients.
  • Analyze and resolve complex technical problems and roadblocks around data and solutions development.
  • Manage a group of stakeholders ranging from internal teams to external partners and clients, providing feedback, maintaining communication and delivering technical solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize and automate workflows across a variety of product areas.
