Provide recruitment and onboarding support for the EmpowerU line of business. This is a 6 month, temporary to hire assignment that works fully remote.

EmpowerU provides innovative, evidence-based mental health solution that teaches students the skills they need to be resilient, self-directed learners. The program offers both Tier 1 and Tier 2 solutions. Tier 2 is where the program really stands apart. The tech-enabled, people-powered solution blends online lessons and goal setting with embedded, remote coaching from licensed clinicians who guide students through engaging content, empowering growth, and reducing feelings of anxiety and depression.

The EmpowerU platform expands K-12 educators' capacity to deliver targeted support to students struggling with non-academic barriers to success, such as lack of social-connectedness, lack of confidence, and decreased academic engagement and motivation.
