In this role, you will play a crucial role in the design, implementation, and ongoing support of SAP Order to Cash processes for our clients.   1. Design and implement SAP Order to Cash processes: The primary responsibility of this role is to design and implement efficient and effective SAP Order to Cash processes for our clients.
  2. Provide functional configuration expertise: Utilize your in-depth knowledge of SAP Order to Cash functionality to configure and customize the system according to client requirements.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and supply chain, to understand business requirements and design solutions that meet client needs.
  4. Support ongoing system maintenance: Continuously monitor and maintain the SAP Order to Cash processes to ensure they are running smoothly and efficiently, making necessary adjustments and improvements as needed.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve issues: Act as a subject matter expert and troubleshoot any issues that may arise with the SAP Order to Cash processes, providing timely and effective resolutions.
