We’re hiring a Senior Producer for a 6-month maternity leave coverage role based in New York, working with globally recognized brands and top-tier creative talent.

Job Summary

As a freelance Senior Producer, you’ll oversee high-volume photo and video productions from concept to completion. You’ll be the lead client contact, manage logistics, coordinate with crew, and ensure every production runs smoothly, on time, and on budget.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience producing high-end commercial photo and/or video shoots
  • Strong communication and client relationship skills
  • Expertise in budget management, negotiation, and shoot logistics
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with tools like Salesforce, QuickBooks Online, Google Workspace, Airtable, and Asana
  • Able to be on-site in New York for production days (must secure own lodging and travel)

Compensation

Rate is commensurate with experience.
