Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:


- Capacity to supervise and direct others’ work
- Ability to adapt quickly and learn on the job
- Strong spoken communication abilities
- Experience working in either retail or restaurant environments
- One year of customer service experience
- At least six months of managing or delegating tasks to a team of two or more
- Understanding of the retail industry environment
- Proven skills in teamwork and building relationships
- Confidence in handling cash and ensuring store safety

- Consistent attendance and punctuality, whether or not accommodations are needed
- Willingness to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Commitment to following all operational procedures, from preparing beverages and adjusting recipes to managing food, cash, and safety protocols
