The successful applicant will be required to support the varied trade teams and carry out basic maintenance and repair of services, equipment & building fabric within Raigmore hospital and across the NHS Highland area. A current driving licence is essential<br><br>Applicants should have appropriate building maintenance experience preferably within a health care environment however relevant experience in other industries is also considered advantageous.<br><br>Applicants must be able to work as part of a team, without supervision, often on remote sites.<br><br>A flexible approach to work is essential as variations to the standard working week may be necessary in order to provide the level of service required.<br><br>Participation on an on-call rota potentially may be available with this post.<br><br><strong>This role does not meet the eligibility criteria for a Skilled Worker visa or a Health and Care Worker visa.
