About the position

The Cyber Security Analyst, Threat Intelligence position at lululemon is a critical role focused on developing and implementing a comprehensive threat intelligence program. This program is designed to be scalable and holistic, serving as a template to support lululemon's expansion plans and strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating codified policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines that govern Threat Intelligence operations. This will involve close collaboration with various teams, including Monitoring, Detections, and Forensics Analysis, to ensure a cohesive approach to cybersecurity across the organization. In this role, the analyst will also be tasked with communicating the status, results, and summaries of threat intelligence capabilities to leadership. This includes providing insights into the maturity and strength of the threat intelligence programs in place. The ability to effectively partner with other departments is essential, as the analyst will be involved in authoring and socializing policies, processes, and standards related to threat intelligence. This position requires a proactive approach to identifying potential threats and developing strategies to mitigate risks, ensuring the safety and security of lululemon's digital assets. The role offers partial remote work flexibility, allowing for a balance between in-office collaboration and remote productivity. Responsibilities
