About the position

EM Key Solutions is seeking two Test Leads to support the Defense Health Agency (DHA) Program Support Branch, Solution Delivery Division. The Test Leads will manage daily testing activities, develop test strategies, and serve as a liaison between various teams to ensure successful test event completion. This hybrid position requires on-site support in the Washington, DC area, with remote work allowed as scheduled.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in IT or Engineering with a minimum of two years of relevant Health IT Testing experience, or a minimum of four years of relevant Health IT Testing experience without a bachelor's degree.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Kanban credentials or ISTQB Agile Tester Certification.
  • Experience managing and leading testing and evaluation activities for multiple sustainments and new development releases concurrently in multiple test environments.
  • Experience in both Waterfall and Agile development methodologies and using agile tools like Jira.
  • Experience working throughout all phases of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for ACAT I or ACAT III systems is preferred.
  • Experience managing ITIL and ITSM solutions.
  • Experience developing, implementing, and managing test cases, scripts, scenarios, and user stories.
  • Experience creating and using Requirements Traceability matrices to manage testing scope and track defects.
  • Experience designing, implementing, and conducting test and evaluation procedures to meet functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Experience providing testing subject matter expertise for complex software/hardware applications.
  • Experience with automated test tools such as Selenium and Cucumber.
  • Experience with performance test tools such as JMeter.
  • Experience with DevSecOps concepts.

Nice-to-haves

  • Public Trust or higher federal security clearance is desired.
