Join our team at ALDI as a Risk Analyst I. We are searching for a candidate with Workers’ Compensation claim handling experience, strategic problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate diplomatically while operating efficiently and remaining organized. In this role you will act as a liaison with divisional leaders and our TPA and other external business partners ensuring that employees are support and claims are investigated and managed effectively.<br><br><strong>Position Type:</strong> Full-Time<br><br><strong>Starting Wage:</strong> $34.75 per hour<br><br><strong>Wage Increases: </strong>Year 2 - $36.25 | Year 3 - $37.75 | Year 4 - $39.25<br><br><strong>Current Work Location:</strong> Naperville, IL<br><br><strong>Future Work Location:</strong> Aurora, IL <em>(Anticipated Fall 2025)<br><br></em>This role is eligible to participate in ALDI’s Hybrid Work Program, which allows remote work up to 3 days per week (i.e., work remotely up to 3 days per week; work in-office at least 2 days per week).<br><br><strong>Duties And Responsibilities<br><br></strong>Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.<br><br><ul><li> Researches and compiles accident-related data to support risk management projects and objectives.</li><li> Assists in evaluation of feasibility, effectiveness and efficiency of projects and initiatives.</li><li> Prepares and updates project plans and proposes milestones and deadlines for new and ongoing initiatives.</li><li> Assists in analyzing current company procedures and in identifying best practices.</li><li> Supports Workers’ Compensation, General Liability, Auto Liability, and/or Property Claims Management projects from their assignment through implementation.</li><li> Assists with preparation and analysis of data to identify exposures and risks.</li><li> Supports strategies for reducing costs and transferring risk.</li><li> Provides proactive analysis of current projects and analytical review of reported results to update and inform their leader for ongoing projects.</li><li> Collaborates with team members and communicates relevant information to direct leader.</li><li> Upholds the security and confidentiality of documents and data within area of responsibility.</li><li> Other duties as assigned.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Knowledge/Skills/Abilities<br><br></strong><strong>Job-specific Competencies:<br><br></strong><ul><li> Consistently demonstrates the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) as outlined for the role.</li><li> Gives attention to detail and follows instruction.</li><li> Ability to stay organized and multi-task efficiently.</li><li> Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.</li><li> Establishes goals and works toward achievement.</li><li> Effective time management;
