About Our Client Company: A large international consumer goods company with headquarters in Europe and a long-standing reputation for high-quality food & beverage products is seeking an entrepreneurial eCommerce Specialist to join their small US team during an exciting growth phase. This is a unique opportunity to take full ownership of the digital commerce strategy and execution for a growing portfolio of brands in the US market. This is not your typical food company. Behind the scenes, they're crafting next-generation products that blend indulgence with mindful nutrition, bringing joy and function to everyday consumers. They are in the process of expanding their product offering—especially in health-forward and indulgent categories—through eCommerce platforms including Shopify, Amazon, and Walmart. About the Role: As the eCommerce Specialist, you will take full ownership of all digital commerce operations across, among others, Shopify, Amazon, and Walmart. This includes managing product listings, launching new items, planning campaigns, and ensuring seamless execution across all platforms. You’ll be responsible for coordinating digital marketing efforts, optimizing performance through data-driven insights, handling customer experience and order fulfillment, and driving revenue growth through strategic D2C initiatives. Working closely with global teams and external partners, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and scaling the company's online presence. This role is open to candidates with varying levels of experience and is designed to develop into a managerial position.

What The Company Is Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in digital marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Experience in Direct-to-Customer sales or Marketplace platforms such as Shopify and Amazon is preferred.
  • Passion for digital retail with a solid understanding of online marketing strategies and tools (incl. SEO, SEA and SEM).
  • Experience in the food & beverage or CPG industry is a plus but not required.
  • Proactive, hands-on, able to prioritize and manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Entrepreneur, hands-on, agile, pragmatic, solution driven, analytical, reliable, objective driven, team player.
