We are searching for Seasonal Sales Associates for the upcoming busy period to help create delightful experiences. In this role, you will represent the brand, learn about customer needs, and help shoppers select items for themselves and as gifts. Our team members are dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service, contributing to store sales, and sustaining an upbeat and inviting atmosphere.

Responsibilities


- Provide outstanding in-store customer service, using proven selling skills and in-depth product familiarity.
- Build genuine relationships with customers by identifying needs, sharing product details, demonstrating items, and making personalized suggestions.
- Promote the rewards program and encourage enrollment at the register and on the sales floor.
- Support with replenishing products and ensuring the store is organized, clean, and well-stocked.
- Take part in store openings and closings, visual merchandising initiatives, and setting up promotional materials as needed.
- Engage in physical tasks such as standing, moving, reaching, carrying, and lifting; duties may involve climbing, stooping, and kneeling to assist customers and maintain store appearance. Should regularly lift 10 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
- Help maintain a hygienic, safe, and orderly shopping environment by following all established safety and cleanliness protocols.
- Follow all company values, directives, and operational standards.

Qualifications

- Enjoy working with the public in a retail setting.
- Proven background in sales and customer support in a fast-paced workplace.
- Excellent communicator, receptive to feedback, and quick to adjust to new situations.
- Confident when resolving a variety of sales floor and client concerns.
