About Us:

Elevation Athletics is seeking passionate coaches to join our team. We are dedicated to fostering talent, teamwork, and sportsmanship among players of all ages.

Position Overview:

We are looking for experienced tennis, badminton, or pickleball coaches to lead training sessions, coach matches, mentor players, and promote a positive team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training programs.
  • Provide personalized coaching and feedback.
  • Foster teamwork and sportsmanship.
  • Ensure players' safety during sessions and matches.

Qualifications:

  • Previous youth or adult coaching experience.
  • Strong understanding of techniques and strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills and patience.

Experience:

  • Coaching Certification (preferred)
  • First aid (preferred)
  • Previous Coaching experience
  • Vulnerable Sector Background Check (required upon hiring)

We prefer expierenced people in these sports, but if you have an interest or willingness to learn we will also help train you!
