Key Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service using product knowledge and effective selling strategies
- Engage with shoppers to understand their preferences and recommend suitable products
- Encourage loyalty program membership during customer interactions and at checkout
- Maintain organized and replenished merchandise to keep the sales floor attractive and functional
- Support visual merchandising efforts, including displays and marketing initiatives as needed
