Starting Hourly Pay: $24.00/hour

Remote and On-Site options available

Schedule Options (Arizona Time):

  • Monday - Thursday | 5:00 PM - 12:00 AM (28 hours per week)
  • Monday - Thursday | 12:00 AM - 7:00 AM (28 hours per week)
  • Monday - Friday | 5:00 AM - 7:00 AM & on-call (minimum 10 hours/week, up to 29 hours)
  • Monday - Friday | 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM & on-call (minimum 10 hours/week, up to 29 hours)


Location Requirement:
Applicants must reside in one of the following states: Arizona, Georgia, Maryland, Missouri, Montana, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia.
At this time, we are unable to consider candidates based in California or Colorado due to state-specific employment regulations.

As a key member of our Admissions team, you'll serve as the first point of contact for families seeking behavioral health treatment during after-hours, providing empathetic support and guiding them through their first steps toward care.

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience in admissions, call center, customer service, or sales roles-healthcare or behavioral health experience is a strong plus!
  • Excellent verbal communication and crisis de-escalation skills.
  • A tech-savvy individual who can confidently navigate systems like Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • A calm, caring, and professional presence, especially when working with families in stressful or emotional situations.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred.
