What the Job Involves:
Youll be contacting homeowners who have already expressed interest in home improvement services this is not cold calling. Your role is to provide excellent customer service while helping set appointments and answering questions.

You're a Great Fit If You:

  • Have strong listening skills and a professional, courteous phone manner

  • Are motivated by clear goals and performance metrics

  • Are coachable, open to feedback, and eager to improve

  • Can multitask working the phone while navigating systems

  • Type at least 35 WPM and have above-average computer skills

  • Work well with others and enjoy contributing to team success

  • Can commit to a fixed schedule and work evenings/weekends until 9:00 PM CST
