About the position We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Copilot Developer with strong hands-on experience implementing Copilot solutions across the Microsoft 365 Copilot and Microsoft Copilot Studio ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Generative AI , Agentic AI architectures. ABOUT US Technical Experience We are well-versed in a variety of operating systems, networks, and databases. We work with just about any technology that all businesses would encounter. We use our expertise to help our customers. Responsibilities • Architect multi-agent systems capable of autonomous task planning and orchestration. • Implement AI agents that interact with enterprise APIs and business systems. • Develop event-driven Copilot workflows integrated with the Microsoft Power Platform. • Build and customize Copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio. • Develop custom connectors and plugins leveraging Microsoft Graph. • Extend Copilot capabilities using Microsoft Teams apps and Power Apps. • Develop LLM-powered solutions using Azure OpenAI Service. • Implement prompt engineering strategies and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) patterns. • Optimize token usage, model selection, and response grounding. • Design semantic search solutions using vector databases and Azure Cognitive Search.
