This is non-negotiable. • Keep your pipeline clean, moving, and alive. Not a CRM graveyard. • Collaborate inside Slack and keep simple processes updated in Notion. • Make prospects say, “Finally, someone who isn’t bullshitting me about link building.” What You Need (The Must-Haves) Base SEO Knowledge You don’t need to be an SEO strategist, but you should understand: • How link building affects authority and rankings • Why AEO (AI Engine Optimization) matters in 2025–2026 • The role of brand mentions, listicles, citations • Why B2B SaaS companies need authority, not fluff If you know what DR is and why marketers care about authority, you’re probably good.
