As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for generating leads, delivering exceptional customer service, and building strong relationships with our clients' customers. This role requires a high level of professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. **About the Work** In this varied and versatile position, you'll be responsible for: * Answering customer questions about products and services * Cultivating interest in visitors to leave contact details * Conducting up to 3 chat conversations simultaneously * Answering incoming phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages * Consulting various systems to answer customer questions accurately and quickly * Entering contact details of leads into our systems **Flexibility** You'll work 40 hours a week, in shifts between 7 am and midnight Amsterdam time, 7 days a week. As a remote worker, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere in the world, with the option to work from home.
