Your primary focus will be on nurturing and maintaining the trust that clients place in Taskium, ensuring a seamless experience for employing abroad. You'll act as a voice and advocate for our clients, gathering feedback, and collaborating with other Worklith teams to optimize the service experience, remove obstacles, and maximize value for our clients. **Key Responsibilities:** * Client Onboarding: Facilitate the adaptation of new clients, getting them up to speed with our employment solutions and setting them up for a successful working relationship with Hirezen. * Active Product Usage: Monitor your client portfolio's health, continuously realigning client needs with our business solutions, facilitating business changes that impact clients, and driving upsell campaigns. * Client Retention Activist: Facilitate the exit process, ensuring a smooth transition while leaving the door open for future opportunities. **What We're Looking For** * Minimum 2 years in Customer Success or 3 years in Customer Experience * Language: English - excellent verbal and written communication abilities * Energetic, Motivated: Displaying enthusiasm and a proactive attitude that drives engagement and inspires confidence in clients and team members * Diligent Documentation: maintaining thorough and accurate records * Customer-Centric Mindset: Every client matters! * High Empathy: ability to understand and resonate with clients' feelings and perspectives * Time Management: capable of prioritizing tasks dynamically and efficiently to meet client needs **Desirable (but not required):** * German language is a huge advantage * System Knowledge: familiarity with CRM tools like Hubspot and Salesforce * Experience in delivering product demonstrations and presentations **Our Benefits and Perks** * Global, remote, and thriving: We're a global team of talented individuals spread across 26 countries.
