MALAYSIA - Brand Promotion Ambassador id-11290

Summary

INSTANTA is seeking a dynamic and experienced Brand Promotion Ambassador in Malaysia to elevate our brand presence and drive product awareness through engaging in-person interactions and compelling social media content. This role goes beyond traditional promotion, requiring a deep understanding of our brand, the ability to generate creative sampling strategies, personally conduct product sampling, and occasionally manage promotional teams. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, highly communicative, and passionate about connecting with consumers.

Responsibilities:
- Sampling Ideas: Generate and provide 25 unique and viable sampling ideas for the Brand Owner's Products. This list shall be delivered to the Brand Owner no later than one (1) month before the commencement of any promotional activities.

- Team Management: Occasionally manage a team of promoters for in-person, large-scale sampling events, providing guidance and ensuring brand representation.
- Social Media Content: Record and upload daily engaging sampling videos to designated social media platforms, incorporating pre-planned hook sentences provided by the Brand Owner or created by the employee with company approval.
- Reporting and Scheduling: Create and maintain a detailed sampling calendar and provide comprehensive daily reports outlining sampling activities, customer feedback, and any relevant observations.
- Other Duties: Perform other duties as reasonably assigned by the Brand Owner to support brand promotion efforts.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in brand promotion, sampling, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong understanding of brand messaging and the ability to articulate brand value effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with diverse audiences.
- Experience in leading or guiding others is a plus.
- Comfortable being on camera and creating engaging video content for social media.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage schedules and provide timely reports.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
