Role Description

With DashMart facilities operational today across the U.S., and an exciting growth plan in front of us, we want to make our facilities as productive as possible. The Space Planning & Analytics team is responsible for optimizing the flow and storage of goods at our sites in a cost and space efficient manner. In this role, you’ll help us uncover and execute opportunities to improve production on a portfolio and site-by-site basis. Ultimately, the outcome of this work will delight our customers by bringing a wider array of grocery and convenience offerings to their doorstep! You will report to an Associate Manager of Space Planning & Analytics within the New Business Verticals Organization.

Qualifications

  • Strong ownership mentality and effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Computer savvy with working knowledge of Google sheets and/or Excel functions. Some familiarity with SQL a plus!
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams at once while remaining organized and detail oriented.
  • Unafraid of ambiguity; rapid change and learning is exciting to you, and you thrive in ambiguous, startup environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree required - new grads welcome!
