In this exciting role, you will be tasked with monitoring and moderating user-generated content across various social media platforms, ensuring compliance with community guidelines and maintaining a positive online environment. Responsibilities
Oversee and review user-generated content on multiple social media channels to ensure adherence to community standards.
Engage with users by responding to comments, queries, and feedback in a timely manner.
Identify, report, and escalate inappropriate content or behavior according to established policies.
Collaborate with the moderation team to develop best practices for content moderation and user engagement.
Stay updated on industry trends and changes in social media guidelines.
Analyze user interactions and gather feedback to enhance community management strategies.
Requirements
Fluency in Dutch is mandatory; proficiency in English is also essential.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Dutch and English.
Prior experience in content moderation or customer service is advantageous.
