We are seeking a friendly, motivated Entry-Level Customer Service Representative to provide in-person customer support and represent our brand at retail pop-ups and live events. This role offers hands-on experience in customer service, brand promotion, and event operations, with comprehensive paid training and opportunities for professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver courteous, professional customer service during in-person interactions at pop-ups, community events, and outreach activities.
  • Respond to customer questions, address concerns, and provide clear information about products, services, and campaign initiatives.
  • Promote products or services and communicate the organization’s mission and brand messaging consistently.
  • Support event logistics, including setup, operation, and teardown, to ensure efficient and safe execution.
