AsBanquet Captain, you will oversee all banquet operations to ensure that every event is executed flawlessly. From the setup of dining rooms and buffets to supervising service and post-event breakdown, you will be responsible for bringing each Banquet Event Order (B.E.O.) to life. You'll also interact with guests to accommodate last-minute changes and special requests, ensuring every event runs smoothly from start to finish.

In this role, you'll lead the banquet team, supervise event cleanup, manage inventory, and ensure that all setups, service standards, and guest expectations are met according to Mission Inn's high standards.
