Job Summary
We’re seeking a Social Media & Short-Form Content Creator to plan, create, publish, and analyze video-first content across multiple platforms. This role works closely with our marketing and e-commerce teams to develop content strategies informed by performance data and designed to drive engagement, reach, and revenue.

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands platform-specific content trends and knows how to use analytics (CTR, CPM, ROAS) to optimize creative and scale what’s working. We already generate sales from social content — this role is about taking it to the next level.

Responsibilities

  • Create, schedule, and publish short-form video and graphic content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook/Meta, and YouTube Shorts
  • Collaborate with marketing and e-commerce teams to align content with product launches, promotions, and sales goals
  • Analyze content performance using metrics such as CTR, CPM, ROAS,engagement, and conversions to inform content strategy
  • Design high-quality visuals for social posts, stories, and emails using Adobe Creative Suite
  • Support influencer marketing initiatives, including creator outreach, coordination, and content alignment
  • Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to increase content visibility
  • Engage with the community by responding to comments and messages
  • Monitor trends, social listening insights, and audience sentiment to identify content opportunities

Qualifications

  • Proven experience creating and executing short-form content strategies
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics
  • Experience working with e-commerce or performance marketing teams
  • Proficiency in tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Experience with influencer marketing and community engagement
  • Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics
  • Familiarity with Meta/Facebook advertising is a plus
  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
