Acadia is seeking an Events and Social Media Manager to join its property management team within the LINQ Promenade open-air shopping and entertainment destination on the Las Vegas Strip.


The Events and Social Media Manager will work with the Marketing Manager for creating and executing engaging events and dynamic social media content that highlight the energy, personality, and experiences of our open-air shopping and entertainment destination on the Las Vegas Strip.


This individual will handle all aspects of event sales, planning, and execution — from tenant activations and brand partnerships to full property buyouts — while also managing social media content, storytelling, and digital presence. The role works closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure all activations and online content align with the overall brand and business goals.


Key Responsibilities:

Events & Activations

  • Develop, sell, and manage onsite events, brand activations, and corporate buyouts to drive property revenue and visibility.
  • Serve as the main contact for all event inquiries, proposals, and day-of coordination.
  • Partner with tenants and vendors to plan, market, and execute events that enhance guest experience.
  • Manage eventlogisticsincluding budgets, contracts, setup, permits, and vendor coordination.
  • Capture photos and video at events for social, Tik-Tok, Instagram, Meta, and promotional use.
  • Track results and prepare post-event summaries to measure success and ROI.


Social Media & Digital Content

  • Create, edit, and post engaging photo and video content across all social platforms.
  • Develop andmaintaina monthly social media calendar that aligns with property promotions, events, and tenant highlights.
  • Grow and engage followers through authentic,timely, and creative storytelling.
  • Monitor and respond to comments and messages to build a loyal online community.
  • Analyzeengagement data toidentifytrends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the website developer to ensure the siteremainsvisually engaging and current with upcoming events, tenant promotions, and media features.


Collaboration & Support

  • Work in partnership with the Marketing Manager to align all social and event efforts with property-wide marketing goals.
  • Coordinate with corporate and external PR, media, and creative teams as needed.
  • Support the creation and placement of onsite signage, event collateral, and promotional materials.
  • Assistwith photo and video shoots highlighting tenants, events, and property amenities.
  • Other administrative responsibilities asrequired.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in event planning, social media management, or experiential marketing (hospitality, retail, or entertainment industry preferred).
  • Strong creative skills — photography, videography, and content editing experience a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of social media trends, analytics, and content scheduling tools.
  • Professional communication and customer service skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
  • Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays asrequiredfor events.
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degreerequired


The base salary compensation range for this role reflects the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to, skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each individual. A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range for this position is $75,000 to $80,000.

Employees may also be eligible to participate in an annual discretionary bonus program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
