We're looking for a Social Media Coordinator to bring our trading card content to life on social - especially Instagram. This role is all about execution: capturing cards on camera, creating scroll-stopping short-form video, designing clean visuals, and writing captions that resonate with collectors and fans.

You'll be deeply immersed in the trading card world, translating hobby knowledge, product moments, and community energy into social-first content that feels timely, authentic, and engaging. This is a hands-on, in-office role based in Tigard, Oregon, working closely with teammates across marketing, creative, and sales to keep our channels fresh, relevant, and culturally plugged in.

What you'll be doing
  • Capture and edit high-quality photo and video content of trading cards optimized for Instagram, X, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Own social content execution from idea to post- filming, editing, light graphic design, caption writing, headline creation, and publishing.
  • Program and schedule content on Instagram, maintaining a consistent posting cadence aligned with key moments and releases.
  • Stay deeply connected to the trading card space by tracking trends, product launches, community conversations, and collector sentiment.
  • Partner with internal teams to support business and marketing needs across social media.
  • Maintain brand voice, visual standards, and quality control across all social posts.
  • Monitor engagement and assist with basic community management, including comments and DMs.
What you'll bring
  • A genuine passion for trading cards and hobby culture (sports cards, TCGs, collectibles).
  • Experience capturing and editing short-form social video, especially for Instagram.
  • Beginner to intermediate proficiency with design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar.
  • Experience managing and publishing content across Instagram, X, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Strong writing skills with a knack for engaging captions and punchy headlines.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, content-driven environment with quick turnarounds.
  • This is a hands-on, in-office role in Tigard, OR - you'll be around the cards, the product, and the team every day.
