Rogers Group is currently hiring for a Social Media, Marketing & Communications Specialist in Nashville, TN. This position plays a key role in shaping and amplifying our brand voice across digital platforms and is ideal for a creative, organized, and self-motivated professional who is highly fluent in social media trends, content creation, and digital engagement—while also excelling at organization, coordination, and follow-through.

This role supports day-to-day marketing and communications efforts, with a strong focus on social media management, content development, Google My Business optimization, and cross-departmental coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management

  • Manage and execute social media content across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others as needed.
  • Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content aligned with brand voice and strategic goals.
  • Monitor trends, analytics, and platform updates to continuously improve reach and engagement.
  • Respond to comments and messages in a timely, professional manner.
  • Track performance metrics and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations.

Google My Business & Digital Presence

  • Manage and optimize Google My Business listings across multiple locations (as applicable).
  • Ensure accuracy of business information, hours, photos, and posts.
  • Monitor and respond to reviews, escalating issues when appropriate.
  • Support local SEO efforts through consistent and timely updates.

Marketing & Communications Support

  • Assist with development of marketing materials, campaigns, and internal/external communications.
  • Support brand storytelling through written content, visuals, and short-form copy.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather content, photos, and updates.
  • Assist with event promotion, announcements, and campaigns.

Organization & Project Coordination

  • Maintain content calendars, deadlines, and approvals.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting timelines.
  • Organize digital assets including photos, videos, and files.
  • Support administrative and coordination needs for the Marketing & Communications team.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in social media, marketing, or communications.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, best practices, and analytics tools.
  • Experience managing or supporting Google My Business strongly preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and social scheduling tools.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
  • Familiarity with analytics platforms and reporting.
  • Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing strategies.
  • Experience supporting brand or corporate communications.
