Customer Experience Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Experience Manager to drive customer success. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for advising and guiding customers in launching and adopting Slack successfully.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and expectations.
  • Accelerate adoption, maturity, and growth across our largest customers while ensuring each customer realizes business value.
  • Mentor customers on how to use Slack to communicate, collaborate, and work more productively.
  • Prioritize your portfolio to deliver business outcomes with an emphasis on both driving growth as well as securing retention.
  • Lead a cross-functional partnership across your named customer(s) and our organization, identifying new ways our platform can differentiate them in the market.

Requirements:

  • Relevant work experience in customer-facing roles, account management, or strategic consulting.
  • Consider program management a strength and have experience using joint sponsorship to execute against deadlines within a sophisticated organization.
  • Ability to cultivate and own executive sponsor relationships.
  • Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working through customer issues.
