Join us as a Seasonal Sales Associate during this busy season to help create joyful moments. In this position, you’ll serve as a brand ambassador, understanding customer preferences and guiding them in choosing the best products for themselves and for gifting. Our associates are passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and maintaining a spirited store environment.

Responsibilities

- Deliver excellent in-store service using selling techniques based on our values and deep product knowledge.
- Forge authentic customer connections by recognizing needs, giving product information, demonstrating products, and offering tailored recommendations.
- Promote the rewards program and encourage sign-ups both on the sales floor and during checkout.
- Assist with restocking merchandise and maintaining store standards for a well-presented and fully stocked space.
- Participate in store setup, visual merchandising updates, and placement of marketing materials as needed.
- Perform regular physical tasks such as standing, walking, reaching, and lifting; this includes climbing ladders, bending, and kneeling to aid customers and keep the store looking its best. Must be able to routinely lift 10 pounds and up to 50 pounds when necessary.
- Maintain a safe, orderly, and welcoming store atmosphere by following all health and safety procedures.
- Adhere to company values, policies, and guidelines.
