We’re now hiring a Sales Representative to help drive that mission forward.

What You’ll Do

The Sales Representative will manage the entire sales cycle—from lead generation through quoting, closing, and relationship management. You’ll work directly with sawmills, pallet manufacturers, and production facilities to understand their needs and offer tailored equipment and automation solutions.

Sales Rep Key Responsibilities:

  • Convert prospects into long-term customers through cold calling and on-site visits
  • Maintain a consistent schedule of customer outreach to assess ongoing needs
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations that highlight value and ROI
  • Research market trends, forecast sales, and evaluate strategy effectiveness
  • Create and meet individual and team sales targets
  • Monitor competitor activity, products, and marketing tactics
  • Maintain accurate customer records, quotes, and financial tracking
  • Provide timely reports and feedback to company leadership

Sales Rep What You Bring

  • Minimum 3 years of industrial equipment sales experience
  • Existing connections within the manufacturing or wood products industry
  • Strong technical acumen—able to understand and explain mechanical systems and automation solutions
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven with strong communication and presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel regularly for client visits and trade events
  • Experience with long sales cycles and capital equipment preferred
